Lead Convenor

Monchito B. Ibrahim

Mr. Ibrahim retired as Undersecretary of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) in July 2019. He also served as Commissioner of the then Commission on Information and Communications Technology from 2006 until July of 2011.

Before joining the government in 2006, he had a long successful career with multinational companies like Fujitsu, WeServ, Siemens-Nixdorf, Comparex Germany, and Unisys Australia in various executive positions. He started his ICT career in 1975 with NCR Philippines.
